Charleston, WV January 20, 2010--In December of 1995, Mark E. Dotson was an Air Force Gulf War Veteran at a crossroads in his life. He found himself searching for an enjoyable and profitable career. It was then Mark decided to open his own animal control business with only two cages and a lifelong dream of working with wildlife.
